Are you a deferred or Laid Off incoming associate? Might be time to practice some litigation

Interesting points made by David Post on ATL today.  Apparently incoming deferred or laid off associates might be able to sue their employers.  There are plenty of lawyers looking for work out there-this sounds like a GREAT opportunity!  Time to dust off those lawyering skills and get into the court room!  At the rate these firms are bleeding employees and money, they won’t be able to keep up with the costs of defending themselves…where as laid off attorneys are looking for almost anything to do so they should be cheaper than painters and landscapers!
